Website prices are FOB Japan in US Dollars unless stated otherwise. Quotes are itemised (unit, freight, insurance, clearing where included) and valid for the period stated on the quote. Duty estimates for Kenya (KRA) and Tanzania (TRA) are indicative — final duties are set by the authorities at clearance.
An order is confirmed when we issue an official invoice and receive payment per its terms. For Goo-net Exchange sourced vehicles, availability is confirmed before invoicing; if a vehicle sells before payment, we will propose alternatives or refund any deposit in full.
Every unit is inspected in Japan before export and sold as a used unit in the condition described in its listing, photos and inspection sheet. Hour meters and mileages are recorded as read.
Typical transit Japan → Mombasa/Dar es Salaam is 3–5 weeks after loading; vessel schedules are outside our control and dates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk transfers per the agreed Incoterm (FOB or CIF). Marine insurance is included in CIF quotes.
Once a vehicle is purchased in Japan on your behalf or export processing has begun, cancellation costs actually incurred will be deducted from any refund.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
