When you send an inquiry, request a quote, book a session or contact us, we collect the details you provide: your name, phone/WhatsApp number, email address, country, and the content of your message (including any Goo-net Exchange links you share).
We use your information only to respond to your request, prepare quotes, arrange shipping and clearance, keep you updated on your order, and — if you agree — share occasional stock updates. We do not sell your data to anyone.
Your details are shared only where needed to complete your import: with shipping lines, insurers, and licensed clearing agents at Mombasa or Dar es Salaam, and with payment processors when you transact. Each receives only what they need.
Data is stored on our secured website database and business systems. We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to serve you and meet legal obligations, then delete them.
You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to legal retention requirements).
